The Bank Portal is now live!
USERS GUIDE
You will have some transactions processed automatically, like training and equipment purchases, and others that will need to be checked by the Bank team before being accepted.
The most important thing is your own Bank Account, a page where you can check your current balance and purchase Weekly Training and/or Season Equipment.
@lordcoolcats very kindly made a quick guide to help you through this process:
BE ADVISED THAT IF YOU SUBMIT ANY KIND OF TRANSACTION VIA THE CUSTOM PURCHASES/MAKE A REQUEST PARTS OF THE PORTAL, YOU NEED TO USE THE (-) IF IT IS SOMETHING THAT WILL TAKE MONEY OUT OF YOUR ACCOUNT (IE TRAINING OR EQUIPMENT FOR EXAMPLE).
GM/JOB HEAD/GRADER GUIDE
From now on, every GM/Job Head/Grader etc should submit payments going forward on the Portal. Posting on the previous threads is not the way to go anymore.
All you need to do now is:
Click the "Bank" link on the top bar -> Make a Request -> Write the Usernames on the box -> Click "Find Users" -> Fill in the blanks -> Click Submit
(DO NOT FORGET THAT IF YOU WANT TO WITHDRAW MONEY FROM SOME USER, YOU NEED TO USE THE (-) SIGN BEFORE THE AMOUNT)
After this, a Banker will approve/reject the transactions.
This works for contracts, bonuses, GFX payouts, whatever you need.
Questions & Issues
Why won't my transaction go through?
The maximum negative balance for accounts is -$2,000,000. When you have reached that amount, automatic transactions will no longer work for you, and bankers will not put through further withdrawals on your behalf.
I have a new contract or just wrote an article, how do I get paid?
All payments will be deposited by the applicable people. These transactions will need to be approved by a Banker, so the money becomes available to you.
My account is below -$2M, but I have money coming in. Can I still buy training/equipment?
As a rule we do not allow withdrawals that will bring you under the minimum, but reserve the right to make an exception for extenuating circumstances. If you think that money has been deposited in the bank and just hasn't been approved yet, definitely feel free to reach out to us. Otherwise, you can remind your GM, job head, or grader that you're waiting on that deposit.

Can I still view the old bank?
Every single transaction made by an ISFL user is kept. If you need to check anything, let @Raven know and he'll be more than happy to show you the Past Transactions sheets.
