(S2) - Weekend PT #3 - Breakout stars - Anti-Hype - 07-31-2017
When it comes to break out stars there are a few on the Legion roster but one guy really comes to the forethought of my mind. A man who maybe as a DE last season left a little to be desired. Tyler Varga, He's dropped some weight and also dropped back a few steps into the LB position and I have to tell you I think this man was born for it. He has really only been physically working on it for a couple of weeks during OTAs but, he has been studying mass amounts of film and working with the LB coaches to learn the position front to back. The man is dedicated to his craft and, for him to not thrive in the defensive end position was quite an astonishment. But, for me its safe to say he just wasn't in the right spot. The man is an absolute beast on the blitz and he's able to get into the backfield in mere seconds and boy does he hit that ball carrier hard. Not only that but our man has been working on his hands to so don't be surprised to see him making some things happen back there in S2

Yo, I'm in Africa. Give me a pass on this one guys. The next breakout star in the NSFL is.... well, me. Yeah, I know; selfish but obvious. I'm a Season 1 Vet who is ready to dominate in Season 2. Ok, but if I have to pick a season 2 player it's going to have to be a guy on my squad. It's Kendrick. The guy is a recently transfer player from the position of Safety to Wide Receiver. I have been really impressed with him throughout the Pre-Season that I have barely followed during my vacation. The dude is hell bent on being the Outlaws #1 WR after not seeing much action in the Regular Season of last season. He is a route runner. He isn't the strongest, nor the fastest, but he'll beat you. You know why? He wants too. He's going to be a beast. I can tell. Like an Antonio Brown-type beast.
Also, I'll write a little declaration here. I'm going to be the best Coverage Linebacker in the League, and you better believe it.
