I think grader pay needs to be more before we think about raising submission pay.

If I can already make one submission worth the same as a season of grading. Why the fuck am I going to waist my time grading?

Grader pay should be enough that it entices someone to do it. Not raise the gain on submission to the point where it's pointless to have a job.

Whereas you get a league like VHL or SBA, etc and 500 words nets you an automatic 6 TPE. Although, they don't have the PTs during the season, since you just do 1 thing a week to get your 6, then add job pay on top of that if you have it. SBA also has 1 TPE for sim participation, which I love. VHL doesn't have that, unless you are in the VHLM.

I just feel like I shouldn't have to write a damn essay to get points for my player, which here, would only raise it 1 or 2 attributes.
