The Otters, a team that once made the playoffs for around 25 straight seasons, used to easily have the best facility and stadium in the league, but as the Otters continued to miss the playoffs, the stadium started to decline in quality. Fortunately, Orange County have just received millions of dollars to renovate the stadium as their rebuild finally seems over. Starting off with the end zones, which have just said Otters for the longest time, we have decided to change them to represent one of, if not the greatest QB of all time in Franklin Armstrong, and have his name and likeness immortalized on the Otters turf. Next up was the locker room, which had remained the same since their last ulltimus, and was left that way due to fear of change making the Otters worse, but they haven't made the Ultimus sense, so they upgraded everything with the top of the line equipment, even though all of this has not helped yet, hopefully it will give the morale boost needed to make the playoffs next season.

Alongside several improvements for the locker room(including a Jacuzzi), the biggest renovation I would make is a de-stressing room. This regular season has been a tumultuous journey and a far departure from what the Outlaws were used to. The playoff race went all the way down to the wire, and as you can imagine, the air in the building was that of both excitement and anxiety. The de-stressing room could be the solution to these problems and boost team morale and performance.
The de-stressing room is a temperature controlled room with several massage chairs and comfy couches. Miles Davis plays quietly in the background and a video of the beautiful Arizona landscape is playing on a small television mounted to the wall. Players can take a nap before games or just decompress for an hour before stepping onto the gridiron. I also thought about adopting several dogs, building a dog room and having them free roam around the stadium and the training facility, but that's an idea for another time.

The San Jose Sabercats want to make sure that Blacksmith Andre feels at home while he tries to continue to find his own way home, so out of the goodness of their hearts, they've added a whole new area to the San Jose Stadium, which is basically an olden days Blacksmith area. It's vented and all that new jazz for the now, but it has the open fire, the anvils, everything and anything you could think of for it. Blacksmith Andre has a different type of workout, and he does his blacksmithing instead of weight lifting so of course you know he gets that workout in, and before San Jose added this to the stadium, weight lifting and Blacksmith Andre just didn't really go hand in hand together. He was able to make it work for these past two seasons, but with San Jose adding the Sabercat Blacksmith area, Blacksmith Andre is excited to get back to honing his craft.

With the government funding to help renovate the Wraiths stadium, I would upgrade all of the home team areas; the training room, the locker rooms, medical rooms, film rooms, etc.. The reason for this would be to give the Wraiths just that much more of an advantage when they play at home, over the away team, being able to use top quality materials. And of course one of the main things that would be implemented is a good heating system, with the Wraiths being located in Yellowknife, it can get very cold in the stadium, so having superior heating over the away team would be one of the superior differences over the away teams. And then having good training room areas, that would include stuff like treadmills and squat racks, would allow the Wraiths players to get warmed up before the game starts, so that once things kick off they would be going strong. And having good film rooms would allow the team to adjust better than the away team during the middle of the game.

A goal of Russet's since he signed his ISFL contract has been to help move the league toward more sustainable sources of food and nutrition for the teams. And in his twilight season, he finally got the leadership of the San Jose Sabercats to agree to a sustainable farm attachment to the food hall of the facility. He worked with the Environmental consultancy committee on the specifications and contents of the area, and he's pleased to see it finally come to fruition. This coming season, the Sabercats will be chowing down on vegetables grown in the Green and Gold garden, and will enjoy locally sourced meats from farmers in the area. Not only will they see an improvement in their overall nutrition, but this should lead to increased performance in the long run on the field as well. The team will have opportunities to get involved and have input on what is grown if they wish.

The facilities in Baltimore could definitely be improved on. But with billionaire Jake Williams around, that should be easy! We would want the best of the best for technology. State of the art type things that would blow the other team's stadiums out of the water. Interactive games on the practice field where fans can test their skills to see if they have what it takes to be in the ISFL. Honestly the stadium is pretty old and could definitely use a new coat of paint, but really making sure there's no problems with the foundation. Now is relocation possible? I won't say it's a possibility, but you never know. The brand has definitely improved and there are new fans coming to see how well the team is doing. But as long as we make the stadium look new, it should definitely be enough for the team to be one of the best in the league.
