The leadership of the Orange County Otters comes from the usual suspects such as coaches and veteran players, but the fire that burns in the heart of the team is fueled by the captains. William Strong, who is both a rookie as well as the captain of the offense is a spark plug who fills every room that he walks in to with infectious energy. His teammates on offense play that much harder due to their captain. This enthusiasm is backed up well by the calm and cool assistant captain Lloyd Bannings. Bannings has been around the league for years now and the experience shows. Even when the Otters are at their lowest, the signal caller always rallies the offense to do their best. On Defense they are led by another newcomer on the team. Captain Maxwell Jacob Friedman is around to provide veteran insight and to show the young players what championship caliber looks like. South West is their to back Friedman up as the assistant captain of the Defense, a position in which they have served on two occasions now. West is always keeping up his teammate's energy, something that is essential when they are struggling.

Interestingly enough I am in a unique position to observe team LR dynamics during a regime change.  YKW before team dynamic was something I always described as a positive place, but a quieter place.  It wasn’t somewhere you felt you had to keep up or one up anybody.  A simply quiet and supportive LR.  Now with Juni having taken over, he has made a lot of changes.  He added a few bots that perpetually torment us by chiming in from time to time.  He added achievement badges for all sorts of chatting goals.  The LR became a lot more active, while keeping the positivity before, the energy levels have gone up.  We have two running backs who do nothing but advocate for the other to get more time and they are continually praising the others performances. The LR has had a lot more livliness and activity with even other teams players coming by to chime in.  Juni has come in added more channels more structure and more interactivity that has done nothing but make our culture even stronger and place people want to be. Juni forevermore sanchianados amen.

So the Dallas locker room is one of the best locker rooms I've ever been in, and it all starts up at the top in my opinion. Our coaches are top notch and are very good at development, when they speak we all listen. They aren't really that strict or get in your face but when they talk we all listen, they command respect without needing to demand it. Behind them we have two really great team leaders in QB Zack Vega Jr and S Akane Saruta, to use an old cliche on the field it's like having an extra coach on the field. In the locker room they do a great job of keeping us lose and hyped while keeping us focused, we would go to war for them. I know it's kinda expected for the QB to be the leader but Vega Jr lives up to it. LB Alex Hordle Jr is also the team really respects, he's my LB partner and an off the field friend. Hordle does a really good job at hyping us up on game day and if there's a scrum on the field he's usually the first player in there backing up his teammate.

The Crash locker room is fairly unique, it’s pretty lighthearted for a professional American football team, We all take the game very seriously but at the same time we make sure that things don’t boil over after the event of a game. We simply pick up whatever pieces may have fallen apart on a game day, brush it off and get back to work. The coaches know how to really work with the individual players and how to make them into a cohesive unit on the football field. At the time of writing this the Crash have been doing pretty well for themselves. Some bumps in the road perhaps but the team is above 500 and that keeps morale fairly high for the organization. The crash locker room is full of players from all different walks of life and experiences all trying to do one thing, bring home that glorious championship

I think our locker room is the best in the entire ISFL. Sure, this is obvious bias but Baltimore has been a fun place to be for my latest create. We went out of our way to evenly prioritize personality with earning. We looked for users that were going to fit in with a culture we had chaotically created. Some of my favorite people in the league are in our LR. Dude_man, swoosh, Bazooka Joe and myself are all from the Pacific Northwest, so we like to poke fun at each other while going off about our local culture, like Seattle dogs and IPAs. It may come across like we’re just crapping on each other but it’s all love. Baron has been a wonderful teammate as well, and I almost feel sorry for her; especially when we are riling up Frenchie. 82 and agent chaos are also a great time as well. I also love being on a team with my old S22 buddy, Master Chief. I also enjoy the more quieter presence of shrub and Carter goad.

The culture in the Buccaneers locker room is one of the best I’ve ever seen. I’ve been playing this game since I was in middle school, and the camaraderie this team has is off the charts. It helps that we’ve generally been successful on the field, but the buy in from everyone is great. After we do well, we have a gigantic pirate hat that we pass around to the guys who played the best that week. We have pirate themed music. We make everyone speak in pirate talk for days at a time, and if they break character, they have to do sprints for an hour in practice. While this is a lot of fun off the field, it really shows on the field. We’re a loose team, and we’re a talented team. We all know what needs to be done in order to be successful in this league, and I am glad to be a part of it. Of all the teams in the minors, I don’t think anyone is having more fun than we are here in Bondi Beach. I can’t wait to see this place once the playoffs come.
