The Hahalua are playoff bound and while you may think that the team must be celebrating with each other, there have been rumours of drama stirring through ISFL media circles of a major brawl involving key Hahalua players. Big Slammu was predictably in the thick of it according to reports and he might have been the main instigator. Big Slammu was grilled this week by reporters immediately following practice. Big Slammu greeted them with a big toothy grin. He explained that the team had become too mellow recently with all the success they had been having so he decided to insert a little anger, drama and frankly, plain old fun back in the locker room. The whole locker room had a little brawl, basically separated by offence and defence. This was leading up to the last game of the regular season against the Otters. Big Slammu takes credit for both the defence and offence having spectacular games to cap off the season with 1st in the ASFC.

A fight broke loose in the locker room of the Kansas City Coyotes. The 2 individuals involved have been mouthing off to each other all season and have been cheap shotting and playing dirty to try and give themselves an edge into making it to the ISFL.  This time they took it too far and started to physically attack each other in the locker room.

The first order of business is to separate the two Involved in the incident and to defuse the situation.  The last thing that the Coyotes need is a huge locker room brawl right before the playoffs. That would be a bad story for the media to get a hold of.

The next important thing to do would be to Discipline the two and to make sure that these two saw eye to eye on the importance of sustaining the integrity of the team and not allowing any more distractions or further and more severe punishments may be.

From there, we continue to practice and make sure that we are including both of these players in all of the team meetings and other drills together.

After entering the locker room after Orange County finished the season 1-4 in their last 5 games, almost giving up our playoff spot to one of the worse teams in the ASFC, there was obvious tension as we headed into the playoffs against the red hot Arizona Outlaws, who went 13-3 on the season. Tensions finally broke when Gus Bus saw the head coach ThunderTitan, as he felt like he was underutilized during the season, and thought that it was the reason that OCO dropped so many games down the stretch. ThunderTitan retaliated by saying that he just wasn't getting the lanes or getting open that they were looking for through the season. AS McAlister looked on, he couldn't help but to see the points of both sides, and he tried to hold back the 250 pound RB from the coach as things settled, hopefully this event doesn't distract us from the uphill battle against the outlaws.

Well in Portland this year, we had an incident where our bot kicker: Stevie Licks had missed 3 field goals in the very first game of the season. Though our bot has gotten slightly better throughout the season, he remains one of the worst kickers in the league. With an awful 60ish FG %, he's been absolutely A W F U L. This situation has led to the team's star running back: Jarvis Harbinger Martin, to call for the ritualistic sacrifice of our kicker to appease the dark gods. Jarvis comes from a special place that we can't quite pinpoint (I think it's Missouri) and is frequently proclaimed himself to be a dark disciple of some form of godlike entity. His teammates love him! But he can get a little ahead of himself. But honestly if the bot misses a few more field goals maybe he can have a little sacrifice as a treat.

"Derrick Prince, what the fuck are you doing" shouted Bhageswari Singh. Prince had his 10th drop of the practice, and while this was a common thing for the leader in drops, Singh was tired of it. He had been dragged across media saying how he was the worst qb and that was the season for BBB's lack of success this year. Kevin knew what was about to happen as he saw Prince tense up and getting ready to go up at Singh's face. Before either could meed at the midfield, Kevin rushed to the field and grabbed Prince and took him to the sideline. Kevin knew he had to diffuse the situation before it got out of hands, and before the media started coming in to watch practice. Kevin calmly grabbed a bar of snickers and gave it to Prince - "you are not yourself when you are hungry". In seconds Prince was back to himself. While the fight was diffused, Prince's hands were still full of butter, but thats a story for another time.
