Just a suggestion. If the GMs don't take it seriously why not ask each NSFL team to provide 1 person to take part in an awards committee, that way people who want to take part can. Also if a team does not nominate anyone then that team won't get a vote and if their players complain it will be to there GMs?
Also if we want to avoid copy and pasting why not have an award account that each team send their nominees to and therefore it will stop copy and pasting?

This was a proposal by @speculadora as a rule change last year. Not sure why it got shot down honestly.

Yeah 2-3 players from each team can vote on the awards. Maybe a poll for pro bowl of players and GMs.
