They have control + F
No matter what without edit privileges they wouldn't be able to use sort and filter features. So even if we created a linked ghost log for others to use I anticipate it could get broken very quickly.

This would make it easy to see what transactions have been processed, rather than searching through a thread to see if training 2 weeks ago has been processed yet.

@manicmav36 The log is now published via the bank spreadsheet link in the bank. You'll need to use ctrl-f to find your username but you'll be able to find any transaction processed under your username.

I have no idea, it was at one time a while ago, but it was just a general example. No place is ever going to be perfect, SHL is far worse for processing bank stuff quickly.
Either way it's a quick way to track exactly what you have, since the bank is never up to the minute.

On the topic of making it possible to filter... Can't you create a new sheet and have a query function on it, so people only need to insert their username to see all logged transactions for them?
You can set edit permissions by sheet, no? So you could just protect all other sheets except that one to maintain data integrity.

Yeah I can do that. But again the issue comes with that if anybody has access to that sheet I have a feeling the formulas would be broken within a short period of time. And constantly having to repair it because people of someone fumbling around on that sheet deleting my functions doesn't excite me.
