For the record I definitely think that you will be able to accomplish your goal, and the build you picked is great for it. Losing a few pounds shouldn't nerf you in to the ground or anything like that. You probably won't even notice it. The main reason why this came up was because of comparing the run stopper to interior rusher.

If you are an interior rusher compared to a Run Stopper, you would get:
+5 Agility
-10 Tackling
-10 Speed
+10 Hands
-5 lbs

I don't see a world where you would ever want an interior rusher over a run stopper currently.

With the weight changes above, the interior rusher should be able to thrive a little bit better and at least have a weight advantage in the interior. The awkward part is the interior rusher is what I believe to be the second best defensive tackle archetype. :jawdrop:
Hence the cascading other weight changes to everything.
