Interviewer: Mr. Rockstone, thank you for your time today. Before we fully dive in, can you give me a little bit about yourself to get our readers caught up?

Alex: Sure. My name is Alexander Rockstone, rookie cornerback for the Dallas Birddogs. I come from Indianapolis, Indiana, and I went to Purdue University.

Interviewer: Great. How has the DSFL been so far?

Alex: It's a completely different experience compared to college ball. The players are all so much better and work so much harder. Covering receivers is an entirely different sport here. I mean, the number of guys who burned me in the first few games....

Interviewer: Yes, the competition level is much higher. You've done alright so far, though. Anything that stands out for you statistically?

Alex: Yeah, it really bugs me that I haven't come down with an interception yet. Had my hands on a number of them, just haven't managed to reel one in.

Interviewer: Season isn't over yet, there's still time. Any particular rivalries in the league for you?

Alex: I would like to say yes, just because we are all so competitive and no one likes to lose. But at the same time, I have so much respect for all of them. Everyone's working so hard and fighting every play, so you have to respect that.

Interviewer: That's a great perspective, so what's next?

Alex: I have my eyes on the ISFL. That's the next level. I want to get up and start facing off against the big names. Bigger lights, bigger pressure, I'm ready for it all.

Interviewer: Great attitude, Mr. Rockstone.  I'm sure all your Birddog fans will be sad to see you go but we'll be watching for what you grow into. Thank you for your time.

Okay well let’s start this off with a simple statement. Zack Vega Jr. does NOT speak to the press. Ever since the press made up a fake story about his father that nearly ruined his reputation and destroyed all of what his father loved following his exit from Chicago. When he was contacted by the newspaper, he made a noise that can only be described as a groan of disgust and told them essentially to fuck off. He was absolutely not going to speak to these people. However, he spoke to his mother and father, and they said that he should no longer hold a grudge on the newspaper, as it is under new management with a new chief editor This convinced him to do the interview, and he spoke to the chief editor about his future. He enjoyed the interview, and also enjoyed that the editor started the interview with an apology about how they treated this father. Zack Vega Jr. looks forward to the interview coming out in the draft issue of the newspaper.

Welcome to this week's ISFL Prospect to Watch interview. I had a great time hanging out with I.Q. Bowman (CB - Washington) and getting to know more about his journey from college and declaring for the DSFL draft. Let's jump in.

Q1: So, it's well known that most DSFL prospects come into the league as both a CFP National Champion and Heisman or positional award winner. Do you think you can stick out despite having none of these accolades.

I.Q.: Well you know, despite what ISFL wiki might lead you to believe not everyone can win everything in college football. But scouts will know that I'm dedicated to winning in the ISFL and that's all that matters.

Q2: Any DSFL teams stand out to you so far as prime destinations?

I.Q.: I want to win first and foremost, so I've gotta love what I'm seeing from how London is playing. But also I love a team with a rich history, so teams like Portland and Tijuana definitely stick out. In the end I have a lot to learn from all of the great coaches in this league no matter where I go.

Q3: Who do you most model your game after?

I.Q.: I'm always looking at the guys in the league that played at the biggest levels consistently. I want to be a big game changer at my position and I think guys like Brandon Booker and Rich Triplet, these guys really showed the way to always staying at the forefront as a player and a leader.

-

Great, that's all for this quick interview. You can see our full chat on our Patreon. Thank you so much to I.Q. and his team for the chance to talk and learn more about this Prospect to Watch.

Title: “Gridiron Glory: An Exclusive Interview with Beaty jr”

Chief Editor (CE): Good afternoon, Beaty jr. Thank you for joining us today. Our readers are eager to learn more about your journey in the league. Let’s dive right in!

Beaty: Thank you, CE. Happy to be here.

CE: You’ve had an impressive season so far. What motivates you on the field?

Beaty: Football is my passion—it’s in my blood. The roar of the crowd, the clash of helmets—it’s electric. I play for the love of the game.

CE: Your signature move—the “Blitz Breaker.” How did that evolve?

Beaty: (grinning) Ah, the Blitz Breaker! It’s about timing and anticipation. I studied film obsessively, looking for patterns. When it clicked, I knew I had something special.

CE: That game-winning touchdown against the rival team—what was going through your mind?

Beaty: Pure adrenaline. The clock ticking down, the ball in my hands—I visualized victory. When I crossed that goal line, it was euphoria.

CE: Off the field, you’re involved in charity work. Tell us about your foundation.

Beaty: Giving back matters. Our foundation supports youth sports in underserved neighborhoods. It’s about leveling the playing field, one kid at a time.

CE: And your pre-game ritual?

Beaty: I listen to a specific song—“Gridiron Anthem”—while lacing up my cleats. It’s my focus booster. Superstition? Maybe. But it works.

CE: Looking ahead, what’s your ultimate goal?

Beaty: Championships, sure. But legacy matters more. Inspiring the next generation, leaving a mark—that’s the real touchdown.

CE: Thank you, Beaty. We’ll be cheering you on!

About Beaty: Beaty is a rising star in the ISFL, known for his Blitz Breaker move and commitment to community. Keep an eye on their next game—you won’t want to miss it!

The ISFL Newspaper has reached out to Adam Journey, and he invited them to talk to him in his RV while he watches game tape.

"So I must ask is this how you usually watch game tape?" The reporter asks

"Not really but I feel like I have some extra time to study" Adam shrugs

"Another question is if you actually live in this RV"

"No I actually do have a house nearby, I just love being out in this vehicle" Adam says while smiling "sometimes I really prefer being out and about rather than just inside a house. Traveling really makes me feel free"

"Well how are you enjoying it in Sarasota?"

"Yeah I am, the Florida coastline is absolutely gorgeous" Adam nods "and I love tasting the food around Sarasota as well"

"One final question: what is your favorite movie?"

"Oh that is easy: ether Shaun of the Dead or the Planet of the Apes trilogy, because Shaun is funny and Apes perfectly updates a guilty pleasure movie of mine"
