Despite the pass-centric attitude you see across the league usually great teams have a back that is at the very least lightning fast. Glad to see another RB and excited to compete against another talented rusher in the NSFC!
ehhhhh

otters threw to Yates a lot. Boss Tweed was the best RB and has 0 rings
hawks aren't doing too hot despite Taylor.

it's a factor but a minimal one

I'm just happy to see some more young RBs in the league.

* Tweed was on an 0-14 team in the pre-slider era for the most part. He also had ridiculous volume in a bad way. No man is an island.
* Hawks problems have usually not been on offense although I have some thoughts there that aren't my place to share.
* Otters O was never designed around RBs, but Burnsman is quietly a pretty efficient back

Yeah, I'm going to have to jump on this over-simplification as well.

Tweed was the highest TPE RB in the league, but on a team that routinely ranked in the bottom half (if not last) in nearly every category EXCEPT rushing. You can't blame Tweed for that.
The Hawks are 1 of only 3 teams (YK, OC, BAL) to not finish a season with a losing record since S2. Yes I'm ignoring AZ because they're currently in last at 2-8. The Hawks even made the Ultimus in S2 when they had the league leading rusher. Baltimore just happens to be stuck in a stacked NSFC. They would be in second place in the ASFC right now.

I'm not arguing against backs overall, more saying a 2-300 tpe rb will get you just as much mileage as a 800-900
