There is definitely something to the idea of rewarding people who stick with their character, separate from carryover.

One should look at bank carry-over as TPE carry-over. If you come into the league as a RB recreate with $15M, for example, you can buy 4 types of professional equipment, and still have enough for 3 of the $1M (5 TPE trainings) for a grand total of 47 TPE. Compare that to a brand new rookie who gets $0 and a free training worth a total of 5 TPE. In this instance, you're essentially starting with 42 more TPE than a true rookie, nearly double what they start with. You start adding more TPE to that total, and new rookies start at a severe disadvantage.

I did not think of it that way... On top of that imagine if u have a guy that is crazy enough to stay for 5 year and has 15 million, they basically start with 150 TPE.
