NSFL Rookie Survey - PDXBaller - 11-05-2018
Instead of having teams reach out and ask the same set of questions for every NSFL rookie (and having said rookie answer the same set of questions for each team), I'm proposing that the NSFL GMs work together to create a singular NSFL Rookie Survey that is accessible for all NSFL GMs to review. Standard survey questions can include, but aren't limited to the following questions:
-Are you willing to switch positions?
-Would you be willing to spend another season in the DSFL?
-Are you hoping to start on an NSFL team?
This can then serve as a discussion point for NSFL GMs when scouting prospects and hopefully help engage conversations more efficiently.
By completing the rookie survey, any prospective NSFL Rookie can earn 1-3 TPE (whatever HO decides) as an incentive.
