So, last season I said I wanted to do a big production every season, but this week has been a piece of shit, so I'm gonna just give you guys my best available list and move on with my life (until I have to actually do the stream). This list doesn't take GM players into account, it's just raw "Who do I think is better than everyone else". If you're below tlk, who said he was going to go inactive, you may want to re-think your approach and commitment to your player. Here's the list:

My Grandfather smoked his whole life. I was about 10 years old when my mother said to him, 'If you ever want to see your grandchildren graduate, you have to stop immediately.'. Tears welled up in his eyes when he realized what exactly was at stake. He gave it up immediately. Three years later he died of lung cancer. It was really sad and destroyed me. My mother said to me- 'Don't ever smoke. Please don't put your family through what your Grandfather put us through." I agreed. At 28, I have never touched a cigarette. I must say, I feel a very slight sense of regret for never having done it, because your post gave me cancer anyway.

This is the official Best Available list I decided on for the draft stream.
Seriously, if whoever comes by to grade this thing feels like it's not worthy to be giving money out for, I won't complain.
I just posted it in media so that it's publicly available before the stream.
