Wild man Tennessee QB Brock Landers took to the stage today to hold a public press conference to apologize for his conduct toward the Texas cheerleaders following the Vols 38-17 Sugar Bowl victory over the Longhorns.

"I promise to never motorboat another woman while on the field... Unless I'm asked to first of course," said Landers as he feigned sincerity. He added that his conduct was "reprehensible" and "inappropriate" before apologizing directly to the women and children of America. William Hill currently has odds listed at 4/1 that he has to issue another public apology before he makes his DSFL debut next season, with 10/1 odds that he has to make said apology before the DSFL draft.

In other news, during open questioning from reporters, Landers being a Southern California native, has made his desire to play in a warm environment next season in the DSFL clear. Landers is reported to have said, "Tennessee was too cold for me. People told me the south would be warm, but it straight up wasn't. Shout out to Tijuana, San Antonio, and Palm Beach. Draft cha boy and let's win some ball games in the sun."

The interview reinforced what we already know. The young man enjoys senoritas and Coronas as much as he enjoys throwing the ball around on weekends. He'll need to strike a balance between his professional life and his private life before he can succeed as a professional quarterback, and it certainly seems like he's got a lot of maturing to do in the coming years. That being said, he is only 18 years old and will have plenty of time to learn and grow into the elite professional player his past career suggests he can be.

Hopefully we see him take hold of his career next season in the DSFL.
