Hey, Nacho, thanks for taking the time for this post-draft interview.

No problem. Excited to talk about all that's transpired since my pre-draft presser.

First off, how were you feeling leading up to the draft? Did you have any clue where you'd be drafted?

I wasn't too worried, to be honest. Only a couple GMs reached out to me, surpisingly, and I really had my eye on the Solar Bears. I felt confident I was among the top receivers in this class, but I've got a lot of respect for Ahri and Carlamagno. I went into the draft with an open mind as far as where I'd be taken.

How do you feel about being drafted by Palm Beach?

Absolutely thrilled. @PDXBaller & @dizzyDC have been really helpful pre-draft, so I was stoked to be on their team. I like how we have a fresh start as an expansion team, and I think we've got a good chance to make a run at this thing this season. Our locker room already has a great vibe, so I think we're really gonna mesh as a first year group. The energy is palpable.

Your team only drafted one QB; do you think you can develop chemistry with Apollo Lange (@RohnJobert) in such a short time period before the season starts?

Oh, for sure. He balled out in the Prospect Bowl, and I've got no doubts. His hype video speaks for itself. I think we're gonna give opposing secondaries fits, between myself and Andre (@Drizzy), and our stud TE group. I think our defense is going to be really strong, too. Hopefully we can get out to some early leads, and be able to have some fun with the plays we run. We got a lot of guys that are ready to put in the work. Apollo has really handled himself with poise, unlike some other QBs.

Other QBs? Care to elaborate?

Look, I'll just go ahead and say it. I've had some issues with Ryan Leaf Jr (@ValorX77). The dude runs for a TD against us in the Prospect Bowl, and I didn't like how he handled himself afterwards. I called him out on it, and he threatened me personally. I do not take that lightly. I'll just leave it at I'm looking forward to facing him during the season.

One last thing before you go. There have been some rumors about your college suspension and your ties to the Salamanca family in NM. You were seen at a draft party with Tuco and Hector Salamanca over the weekend, would you care to provide some clarity on the rumors that you have ties to the cartel?

I've spoken in great length on this in the past, and I do not appreciate you bringing it up. I do not have any more to say, other than these are honest, hardworking businessman who have treated me like family my whole life, and I wanted them to be there with me for my big moment.

Thanks for your time. Good luck this season!
