Updated. The league week is defined in the definitions section of the rule book as beginning at 12:01 AM EST on Sunday, and ending on Saturday, so I'm going to have to side with tMuse here and deny the disputed training. Additionally, TPE total and bank have both been increased by 2 as per the findings of the audit.

To begin with, regression always rounds in favour of the player and - since 40% of 924 is 369.6 - you actually only had to regress 369 TPE instead of 370.
Now, there are some issues with the figures in terms of what you have regressed this season. These are as follows:
-Taking Endurance from 82 down to 50 costs 110, not 130.
-Taking Strength from 74 down to 45 costs 65, not 61.
-Taking Intelligence from 92 to 89 costs 40, not 35.
Therefore, 10 more TPE needs to be taken off to complete regression this season. After consulting with yourself, the amicable solution was that one extra stat would be taken off Arm Strength (90 --> 89), dealing with that 10 TPE in as clean a way possible.
Adding the post-regression TPE to your totals, you now have:
