Coming into the league as an undrafted free agent is never easy. But considering the lack of preseason and losing that chance to learn the playbook only made things harder for the rookie QB. But with a final record of 5-8-1 Peter is not embarrassed by the record he and the marshals managed. They showed that they could score and defend against the best, but just lacked the consistency required to perform at that next level.
The unfortunate part of the season has been the lack of rookie buzz around the San Antonio dressing room. With the only lasting relationships that Peter formed were with the excellent alumi who ketp visiting to support TC mentor and develop the team. With them it was just a bunch of gym-bots or people who were present in body only with their minds checked out. Peter misses his sole kicker buddy that was alas a late victim to the latter.
At this stage Peter has also accepted what he always suspected. That he as a duel athlete, just doesn't have the time to put into being an amazing QB, so despite showing some promise his rookie season, he is ready to declear that come his call up to the NSFL he will be transitioning to play at the TE role.
Peter would like to thank all his teammates, Marshals alumi, and especially @timeconsumer for making his first season as a professional footballer such a fun one.
