Quick and dirty suggestion I just thought of.
We all know GMs have several people/players in their War Rooms.
I think it'd be cool to allow GMs to offer two $1M intern positions each season as they choose. Or at least make it an option during the large draft classes we get from r/NFL.

Love this idea. Would make me scouting for the Luchadores a lot more fun and helping them next season.

I'd love this. After seeing the fines page I'd much prefer this as a paid path to GMing over just doing it and probably costing myself a few $mil

Big fan of this. We’re a DSFL team and have scouts already, have to imagine NSFL teams would have no issues finding guys. Would be nice to get them a salary for their work.
