I'm still new, but if you look at a class like S18 that ultimately had close to 120 prospects sign up, even I can see that the retention rate past the DSFL season will only be 30-40 players if we're being optimistic. What do you think can be done to help retain new players in the league?

What are the expectations for considering an OL prospect in the NSFL, and what SHOULD be the expectations for considering an OL prospect? Are they similar, different?
What is more important in an NSFL/DSFL player: hard TPE (regular TPE we all use), or soft TPE (active in forums, active in discord, socializing in general, helps recruiting and retain fellow players, etc)?
