I believe what we have built here is a very solid foundation. Give these guys time to develop and they will be competing for championships soon enough.

It's frustrating, but let's be clear - he was fired. Him "resigning" was just a way to save face for the organization. And I'm very concerned! I've only just settled in here and Denver has been very welcoming. Not sure how I will feel about moving again.

I think I'm going to travel. Haven't had a lot of time to just kick back and relax in the past few years, so to go on vacation will be really nice. After that, no idea.

It's a rebuild, there has to be some struggle before becoming successful. Nothing is ever handed to you. I know I have a lot to work on, and I'm going to dedicate all my time to improving myself rather than focusing on the doubters.
