My preposition is that TPE that is earned should be earned to the user, not the player, so that if you earn TPE it goes to you, so you can claim it with a new player, BUT, there is a max you may claim at 30 (debatable as a number)*, so that you cannot stockpile tpe.
*any number works, i just have 30 as a base suggestion.

A little more detail why I think this idea is no good.
This creates an edge between veterans and rookies. Veterans generally speaking already retire at the most desireable time (trade deadline), to create a new player asap and earn the max tpe with them. We don't need to also be giving these people an extra 30* TPE. (*w/e the number is you want) The gap between will just keep on growing at this rate. Recreates often already possess a bank with decent money.
