*A New Force is Rising in the DSFL - SwagSloth - 12-17-2019 Recently, some strange buzz has began to generate around one of pro football’s most unusual prospects, a young man named Maz-Ta Yoda. Maz-Ta, or Maz has his family and friends called him growing up, has a rare skin condition that causes his skin to appear to have a greenish hue. He also is very small in stature, which has earned him the nickname of “Baby” from college teammates. However, while “Baby” Yoda may look strange and seem rather non-threatening to the casual observer, scouts that have had the chance to see him play have noted that he displays excellent instincts and a rare mobility that have caught many off-guard. Many never expected him to even start at the college level, but now he finds himself eligible for a spot in the DSFL, where he hopes to play Running Back. After a long wait, Yoda will soon qualify for waivers and is reportedly excited at the chance to play in the DSFL. Yoda himself is a man of few words. He has done no public interviews so far and seems intent to speak through a public spokesperson acting on behalf of him and his family. Yoda was said to have a shy personality back in high school and college, but still won people over through hard work on tenacity on the field. In addition to the nickname of “Baby”, fans have come to also call him “Little Green”, “the Marvelous Munchkin“, and “the Sultan of Smol”. It has been a strange journey so far for this unusual player, but the NSFL is known to embrace some unusual characters from time to time, having already included such characters as a Krispy Kreme mascot, several professional wrestlers, an actual dog, and a man with 35 syllables in his last name. It seems only fit that “Baby” Yoda could be the latest misfit to join the league’s ranks, provided he can make it out of the DSFL, that is.
