The biggest one is the lack of BG work, aside from the desaturation and logo. Your border and player give some nice depth, and composition wise, I think its fine for the most part. You do a good job drawing the eye with the vignette, too. Really if more bg work was done, then you could get this to a 4. Also swap is nice.
