DeadlyPlayer Appeals Decision - TomHanks - 03-25-2020
@DeadlyPlayer has appealed the punishment given to him by HO here. The appeals committee (myself, @iamslm22, @bovovovo, @Bzerkap, and @`woelker11`) unanimously decided that while it was fitting to punish the behaviour laid out in that punishment, an $8 million fine was excessive. There is no precedence to draw on for a punishment like this, however it would rank among the largest personal fines passed down in league history if left at $8 million. As such, we have voted to reduce it a $6 million fine, or $75k per message. This recommendation was submitted to HO and approved.
