Turns out, the answer to the title question is (probably) no! Thanks to some missing language in the rulebook, we have been given permission by HO to revise this contract.

This clause doesn't elaborate what actually triggers the bonus. "nail predictions" could be several things. Could mean participating in all predictions, or gettign a certain amount right (which we also don't know)
I can't imagine that's actually a legal contract.
