I have been asked to announce Tijuana's rebrand, a move that has been kept tightly close to the vest among management, as we are looking to become a more international league. Mexico just no longer feels like a proper location for a football club, and it is time for a move. So let's announce everything bit by bit. First off, we've decided to move overseas and to show some appreciation to lesser known countries. Why could there not be an African team? The continent never gets any love in sim leagues, and we wanted to project a truly global vision for our franchise. So we are moving our franchise to Kenya, in the heart of the capital city of Nairobi. Our team will be a shining light for the city, the proud beacon and champions of the country. Kenya should be a wonderful station for us and we believe our players will enjoy playing in Nairobi. Before we announce the team name, we want to show you the logo that our talented graphic designers on our team have crafted. Without further ado, here's our new logo: So there you have it, the Tijuana Luchadores will henceforth be known as the Nairobi Blue Grizzlies.
