Thank you all for coming to this press conference. First off, congratulations are in order to the New Orleans Second Line. I'm glad my article talking about how awesome you guys were through the first two-thirds of the season didn't jinx you. But this is actually more about me and the San Jose Sabercats.
These last few years have been rough for us, both the team and the fans who are used to seeing more out of their team. I'll accept a large part of the blame for the team being where it is right now, as there was a time when I just didn't have the drive to improve anymore, and I letting my performance slip. The Sabercats have made strides to improve and I have no doubt that we will be contenders again soon.
However, my successor is coming soon. Monty Jack will be taken by the Sabercats in this upcoming draft, and eventually, he'll take the reins and lead this team into the future. After much discussion with my coaches and general managers, we've decided not to force Jack to wait for too long in the D-League.
Next season, Season 22, will be Dan Wright's final season at quarterback. I've already done a position change, so I can't move to another position, so that means at the conclusion of next season, I will hang up my cleats, and move into the next chapter of my career. I will now take questions.

No, wasn't forced, I'm going to be going through regression soon, and this is a young team that can't afford to have their quarterback losing hundreds of TPE each season. We've had multiple discussions on the topic, and this is a good move for all involved.
