It costs 10 TPE to go up 1 point in the 81-90 range, so increasing Tackling from 80 to 85 would actually cost 50 TPE rather than 45 TPE, but you only have 49 Banked TPE available. I set Tackling to 84 and left the remaining 9 TPE in your bank.
