Honolulu, HA -- Upon being released from the hospital after a successful recovery from coronavirus, Hahalua co-GM Bogdan Podarok has issued a lawsuit to appeals board member Spike Crown

The plaintiff, Podarok, claims the Spike Crown, angry about a dispute from nearly two decades ago, attempted to pass the disease to him in hopes of gaining majority stake in their joint venture pizza tycoon.

The reports were that, while on leave from the global pizza chain "Spookybois Pizzeria", Podarok asked to arrange for a steady stream of pizzas to be sent to his house for family dinner. About 4 days after this, Podarok started to feel unwell, and soon he tested positive for the coronavirus. According to his testimony, Podarok claims this was the only possible outside contact he came into during his time away from the business. Podarok claims that Crown had a vendetta against him, and purposefully arranged for a sick worker to deliver him the pizza in hopes that the virus would prove fatal to him.

In order to understand this feud, one must go back a long ways in the league. Spookybois Pizzeria was a business venture started by Mr. Spike Crown and 3 associates: Podarok, Iam Essellemm, and Bork Borkington. They all were given an equal share of 25% of the company. The chain grew to be very successful, but the original management couldnt stick around for long. With Borkington being forced to step down amid disturbing rumors of public butt sniffing, and Iam Essellemm wishing to consolidate funds in order to open up his own sports agency, the company was left down to 2 people. The sale was supposed to be evently split, but at the last minute, whether through misinformation or shady dealings, Podarok managed to secure all of Mr. Essellemm's stake in the company, and acquired half of Mr. Borkington's stock, making him now the sole majority owner over the man who created the company.

This obviously greatly upset Crown, and Podarok says ever since that merger, Crown has been hostile to him. Podarok claims he has constantly used threats against his livelihood, and this clear attempt on his life shows he was not messing around. Podarok is suing to get 100% control of the company, and is hoping for jail time to both Crown and the pizza delivery boy involved in the incident.

Crown was unable to comment, but his attorney was very candid with our news crews. "The accusations Mr. Podarok has levied on my client," spat the lawyer, "would be absolutely laughable if they werent so asinine. Mr. Crown is a multimillionare businessman, what business does he have intervening in the day to day operations of a single restaurant? And to attempt murder? Absolutely preposterous. This is just another clear attempt for Mr. Podarok to try and unfairly sieze control of Spookyboi Pizzeria."

We reached out to the store manager of the Oahu location to see if we could get an interview with the pizza delivery boy, but his mom did not allow him to come outside and comment on the situation
