I had those installed for Otters specifically. Along with that, I'm awful with knowing things so this is the best site I could find.

I'm on mobile and just held down the download button to open in another tab and got no pop ups.
Though, the only options for playback for the file for me are a word processor and unrelated app. So I'm not sure how to play it.
