Edited most recent update - allocated TPE to kick power, changed current bank to 2 TPE per correction from nunccoepi

@RussDrivesTheBus I think you might have counted wrong. It looks like before your audit he had 12tpe available. And then he posted an update of 7tpe which brings his total tpe available to 19. Then he applied 15tpe to speed and had to move 2tpe into kicking per your instructions. So that leaves him with 2tpe left in bank, and not 3. If that's not right, let him and GM know. But that's how I've updated him for this week.
