So a rule in the rulebook states you may not pay other users. (Misc. rules rule 12)
Another rule states that a bet may be denied if it is an attempt to circumvent a rule. (Misc. rule rule 6)
Scorp and bex 30m bet
Scorp made a bet that he wouldn’t make a typo, and bex that he would. We all know scorp cant go more than 2 minutes without making a typo. Therefore these fuckers need to be punished for rulebreaking

I've always believed head office and commissioners should be held to higher standards, which is why even if she did truly believe he could win this bet, it should have never been made. As a person in a position of authority you should never put yourself in a position that could be seen as rule breaking.
