*S23 draftees - first two rounds - gbfn - 07-08-2020

As i also want to milk the 2x media week i decided to write a bit about the players of the last draft. Where they are playing now, how their performance in the respective leagues is and how much they were able to improve since the draft.

[div align=\\\"center\\\"]First Round[/div]

[div align=\\\"center\\\"]Greedy Sly (Sylphreni)
Drafted by: Colorado Yeti --- Team: London Royals --- Draft Pick: #1 --- Position: S
TPE at draft: 266 --- TPE now: 408 --- TPE earned since draft: 142
Season Stats: 32 Tck, 1 Sack --- Bank:32,481,722
[/div]
Greedy Sly was drafted by the Colorado Yeti as the first overall Pick in the NSFL draft. He was a max earner to this point. The Yeti decided to send him down to the DSFL where he is playing his season at the London Royals. At this point of the season they are sitting at 2-5, so it is quite a hard year for the European franchise. They have to put it together for the second half of the DSFL season to have a shot at making it to the postseason. But not only for his team this year is up until today a hard year. For Greedy Sly himself last year statwise was definitely better than this one. He has regressed in pretty much any individual stat. Nonetheless he is earning TPE on a consistent basis and is second in total TPE in his draft class. Greedy makes does his name right as his bank account also shows his immence contribution to the league and his passion for the NSFL.

[div align=\\\"center\\\"]Tyler Montain (Amidships)
Drafted by: Baltimore Hawks --- Team: Baltimore Hawks --- Draft Pick #2 --- Position: DT
TPE at draft: 257 --- TPE now: 417 --- TPE earned since draft: 160
Season Stats: 20 Tck, 1 TFL --- Bank: 21,469,458
[/div]
Tyler Montain, the second pick in the draft was picked by the Baltimore Hawks, they decided to start him in the NSFL right from the start. Productionwise he is at the lower end of the stat table among DTs. But it was clear that he would lack production in his first year in the DSFL as he simply has not enugh TPE thus far. But that will quickly change to the better if he keeps earning at this rate. The Hawks are sitting at a 500 record with 5-5 but they have every chance on playing in the play offs. With a stacked bank account he should get no troubles whatsoever in affording to pay for each weekly training or equipment.

[div align=\\\"center\\\"] Heinrich Kackpoo (gbfn)
Drafted by: Honolulu Hahalua--- Team: Honolulu Hahalua --- Draft Pick #3 --- Position: LB
TPE at draft: 255 --- TPE now: 404 --- TPE earned since draft: 149
Season Stats: 77 Tck, 1 TFL, 3 Sack, 5 PD - Bank: 3,202,450
[/div]
Drafted by the Honolulu Hahalua at number 3 overall Heinrich Kackpoo was the first linebacker in the S23 draft. He was a consistent earner entering the draft and he is until now. The Lua decided to start him in the NSFL. His performance in the NSFL this season is decent and was able to produce right from the bat. The thing that really has to improve is his bank account, as with 3,2 mill in the bank he definitly has to produce some media to be able to progress further.

[div align=\\\"center\\\"] DB Jadakiss (hotdog)
Drafted by: Arizona Outlaws --- Team: Arizona Outlaws --- Draft Pick #4 --- Position: S
TPE at draft: 230 --- TPE now: 363 --- TPE earned since draft: 133
Season Stats: 55 Tck, 1 PD --- Bank: 4,950,000
[/div]
DB Jadakiss was selected by the Arizona Outlaws. They also decided to give him a shot with the big guys right from the start. And the player with the spiking name is putting up good performances with the Outlaws who really managed to stabilize their defense this year. He was consistently earning since the draft, though he fell a bit behind the top earners. But in keeping the pace he will only further improve the defense of the Outlaws. He just has to keep an eye on his bank account, as it is on the lower side.

[div align=\\\"center\\\"] Tycker Om (Mysa)
Drafted by: Philadelphia Liberty --- Team: Philadelphia Liberty --- Draft Pick #5 --- Position: DE
TPE at draft: 229 --- TPE now: 347 --- TPE earned since draft: 138
Season Stats: 28 Tck, 10 TFL, 1 FR, 2 Sack --- Bank: 5,108,425
[/div]
With the fifth pick of the draft Tyker Om went to the Philadelphia Liberty. The team saw his potential and started him in the NSFL. In his 10 games of the season he performed at a good level. Though his tackle numbers can not quite hold up to the established DEs of the NSFL he makes up for that with 10 TFLs in as many games. His TPE growth since the draft also is very steady and is among the top of the draft class. In continuing that level of activity he will go far in the league. He also has to work a bit on his financial record, but there 2x media week, so why not spend some time in producing some good content.

[div align=\\\"center\\\"] Tychondrius Hood (Tylus)
Drafted by: San Jose Sabercats --- Team: San Jose Sabercats --- Draft Pick #6 --- Position: WR
TPE at draft: 226 --- TPE now: 375 --- TPE earned since draft: 149
Season Stats: 27 Catches, 271 Yards --- Bank: 42,282,071
[/div]
Tychondrius Hood was the first offensive player to be drafted. The San Jose Sabercats decided to go for the WR talent from Florida. Not only did they draft him but they also chose to give him the chance to establish himself in the NSFL. He took the chances he got and is a dependable receiver ten games into the season. Although it is crystal clear that hes is not the number 1 reveiver on the Sabercats. That position is claimed by Deondre Thomas Fox. But in gaining TPE at the same rate until now he will soon be getting more targets from his QB. His huge bank account also shows that he is very active and is producing content at a good rate.

[div align=\\\"center\\\"] Son Goku (Naosu)
Drafted by: Sarasota Sailfish --- Team: Sarasota Sailfish --- Draft Pick #7 --- PositionBig GrinE
TPE at draft: 262 --- TPE now: 411 --- TPE earned since draft: 149
Season Stats: 27 Tck, 9 TFL, 4 Sack --- Bank: 9,419,720
[/div]
The Sarasota Sailfish decided to spend their first pick in the first round for Son Goku, a DE who made a name for himself in the DSFL. Starting him right away in the NSFL, the DE with the prominent name is already putting up good numbers and is contributing right away. His steady flow of TPE has never stopped rolling in since the draft and it does not seem to change any time soon. With a bit of work he will soon be able to afford the equipment for the next season.

[div align=\\\"center\\\"] Raphael D'Alcott (KenitohMenara)
Drafted by: Sarasota Sailfish --- Team: Sarasota Sailfish --- Draft Pick #8 --- Position:S
TPE at draft: 215 --- TPE now: 340 --- TPE earned since draft: 135
Season Stats: 50 Tck, 4 Sack, 3 PD --- Bank : 13,360,895
[/div]
The eighth pick also belonged to Sarasota, and they went defense again and picked Raphael d'Alcott. The Safety out of Dallas had a good season in the DSFL and promoted himself to the first round. Since then he proved why he was selected that early and delivered a good rookie season ten games into the year. With a steady ongoing TPE growth like that he will be improving fast. Also his bank account shoud be an advantage as he has nearly enough to afford his 30 TPE in next season.

[div align=\\\"center\\\"] Ray-Ray Jackson (Jason)
Drafted by: Honolulu Hahalua --- Team: Minnesota Grey Ducks --- Draft Pick #9 --- Position: CB
TPE at draft: 228 --- TPE now: 347 --- TPE earned since draft: 119
Season Stats: 67 Tck, 1 FF, 2 FR --- Bank: 13,000,000
[/div]
With their second pick in the first round Hahalua decided to go for a defense player again. They decided to choose Ray-Ray Jackson, a CB from the Minnesota Grey Ducks. Hi is just the second player from the first round who is not playing in the NSFL right away, but plays another season in the NSFL for Minnesota. His second season is going pretty good so far. He is racking up tackles every linebacker would be proud of. An the cherry on the top of the icing is, that his team also has a great season so far sitting at 6-1 at the top of the league. He is not earning as consistent as other the other first round picks that went before him. But his bank account is filled and with a bit of content production he will be able to get his equipment the next season.

[div align=\\\"center\\\"] L'Carpetron Dookmarriot (notorioustig)
Drafted by: Yellowknife Wraiths --- Team: Myrtle Beach Buccaneers --- Draft Pick #10 --- Position: S
TPE at draft: 228 --- TPE now: 317 --- TPE earned since draft: 89
Season Stats: 31 Tck, 1 Int, 9 PD --- Bank: 1,785,600
[/div]
The Wraiths also went for a defensive player with their pick. One of the best names of the draftees was picked by them. I don't try to write his name again, as i took me 3 tries the first time. The Safety is spending the ongoing season with the Buccaneers and is performing on an average level. This are quite the same numbers as the season before at Myrtle Beach. He has not updated in a while, but i guess the reason is, that the player is capped, so there is no real reason to update every single time. To keep up with the rest of the draftees he has to invest a bit of work to get his 30 TPE from the next seasons equipment.

[div align=\\\"center\\\"] Bob Bob (nickyvlmp)
Drafted by: Orange County Otters --- Team: London Royals --- Draft Pick #11 --- Position: S
TPE at draft: 206 --- TPE now: 345 --- TPE earned since draft: 139
Season Stats: 56 Tck, 2 TFL, 3 Int, 1 PD --- Bank: 202,616,448
[/div]
With the eleventh pick the Orange County Otters selected Bob Bob. He was already the fifth Saftey who was selected in the first round. The looting for defensive players continued through the first round. Bob Bob was sent down by them to play another year for the London Royals. In his second DSFL season he picks off right where he ended last season and is among the best safeties in the league. His TPE accumulated since draft day also is at the top of his draft class. The most outstanding is his huge bank account. With over 200 Mill on his account he has no problem whatsoever in affording training equipment.

[div align=\\\"center\\\"] Dick Thruster (PersonMann)
Drafted by: Colorado Yeti --- Team: Colorado Yeti --- Draft Pick #12 --- Position: OL
TPE at draft: 192 --- TPE now: 309 --- TPE earned since draft: 117
Season Stats: 33 Pancakes, 3 Sacks all. --- Bank: 3,849,253
[/div]
The last pick in the first round was Dick Thruster, an Offensice Lineman drafted by the Colorado Yeti. He was the first OL drafted in the first round for a long time, which shows the increased value of human lineman on the team. I give that man props as it really is not the most sexy position to play as the stats for OL are very minimal. He earns at a good rate and just needs to fill his bank before the next season to get that sweet equip.

That sums up the first round. It is noteable that the highest picks of the draft are also given the chance to play in the NSFL. Of course one reason for that is that often teams go for their needs and so their first round picks often get the chance to contribute right away.

[div align=\\\"center\\\"]SecondRound[/div]

[div align=\\\"center\\\"] Hingle McCringleberry (Jmac NCheese)
Drafted by: Chicago Butchers --- Team: Chicago Butchers --- Draft Pick #13 --- Position: LB
TPE at draft: 228 --- TPE now: 340 --- TPE earned since draft: 112
Season Stats: 90 Tck, 3 TFL, 6 Sack, 10 PD --- Bank: 6,000,000
[/div]
The first pick in the second round belonged to the Chicago Butchers they went out and got themselves Hingle McCringleberry a linebacker, the second best in the draft. His performance with the Butchers this year is absolutely outstanding. He can keep up with the best Linebackers in the league statwise and has been an asset to a team who is currently rebuilding their roster. With him they should have a defensive captain for the future as soon as Mike Hockhertz begins to regress. He is a bit behind the top TPE-earner of the S23 draft class, his bank account also needs a bit of work, but he looks like a solid investment for the future.

[div align=\\\"center\\\"] Eugene Smoothie (NhamletNCheese)
Drafted by: Philadelphia Liberty --- Team: Philadelphia Liberty --- Draft Pick #14 --- Position: S
TPE at draft: 218--- TPE now: 362--- TPE earned since draft: 144
Season Stats: 62 Tck, 1 Sack, 1 Int, 4 PD --- Bank: 5,078,325
[/div]
The next safety went off the board with the second round pick of the Philadelphia Liberty. Nearly every second pick was a safety in the draft. The Liberty also chose to start Eugene Smoothie right from the first game in the new season and he quickly found a way to establish himself on the teams starting roster. With 144 TPE earned since draft day he is right in the mix of the top earners. But he also needs to work on money to keep his level of progression going.

[div align=\\\"center\\\"] Julio Jones (24redcrayons)
Drafted by: Arizona Outlaws --- Team: Minnesota Grey Ducks --- Draft Pick #15 --- Position: OL
TPE at draft: 192--- TPE now: 332--- TPE earned since draft: 140
Season Stats: 41 Pancakes, 0 Sacks all. --- Bank: 4,358,845
[/div]
The second Offensive Lineman drafted in the season 23 draft is Julio Jones. He was selected by the Arizona Outlaws with their second round pick. As his TPE is not yet at NSFL level yet, the Outlaws decided to send him down for another season. With the Minnesota Grey Ducks he has an outstanding individual season with the most pancakes of all players in the league and no sacks allowed 9 games into the season.
Though he needs to work on his finances to keep progressing.

[div align=\\\"center\\\"] Griffin Porter (AsylumParty)
Drafted by: Austin Copperheads --- Team: Austin Copperheads --- Draft Pick #16 --- Position: LB
TPE at draft: 210 --- TPE now: 351 --- TPE earned since draft: 141
Season Stats: 19 Tck, 3 TFL, 4 Sack, 1 PD --- Bank: 50,163,272
[/div]
The recreate from the User AsylumParty was selected as the fourth round pick for the Austin Copperheads. He is playing in the NSFL for them and up to this point his stats are not yet what he maybe expected to be. If he keeps collecting TPE at this rate though he will soon be a force in the Austin defense. With a well filled bank account he should have no problems moneywise.

[div align=\\\"center\\\"] CJ Riley (Huskies311)
Drafted by: Baltimore Hawks --- Team: Baltimore Hawks --- Draft Pick #17 --- Position: S
TPE at draft: 211 --- TPE now: 306 --- TPE earned since draft: 95
Season Stats: 50 Tck, 1 TFL, 1 Int, 3 PD --- Bank: -1,779,808
[/div]
CJ Riley was another recreate in the S23 draft class. The Baltimore Hawks picked him in the second round. With a good amount of TPE entering the draft and beeing a veteran in the league that pick was not hard to make. Since the draft day though he has slacked off a bit in accumulating TPE. It remains to be seen if Huskies311 can get back to speed in earning or is not hard earning any more at this rate. Despite falling a bit behind in terms of total TPE his season stats are decent for a rookie safety. The most troubles seem to be caused by his finances, as his bank account is falling into the red numbers.

[div align=\\\"center\\\"] Water Chestnut III (ckroyal92)
Drafted by: San Jose Sabercats --- Team: San Jose Sabercats --- Draft Pick #18 --- Position: DE
TPE at draft: 196 --- TPE now: 305 --- TPE earned since draft: 99
Season Stats: 19 Tck, 2 TFL, 2 Sack --- Bank: -601,865
[/div]
With the 18th overall Pick Water Chestnut went to San Jose. The Sabercats picked a recreate and let him play within the NSFL. The DE - as CJ Riley also is not among the top earner in the draft. To make it worse his bank account also is not exactly what you would call to be stacked. There is a bit of work to be done to improve his finances. Chestnut gets a good amount of snaps so he already gets some stats but due to a lacking performance of the team also his individual stats are affected. However as he is a league member for a long time i would not be overly worried as this only is a momentarily picture of his stats.

[div align=\\\"center\\\"] Joseph Petrongolo (Jo3fisch5)
Drafted by: Arizona Outlaws --- Team: Portland Pythons --- Draft Pick #19 --- Position: RB
TPE at draft: 214 --- TPE now: 357 --- TPE earned since draft: 143
Season Stats: 841 yards, 3 TD --- Bank: 22,174,938
[/div]
Who doesn't know Joe? He is one of the most active new members in the league especially on discord there is no room where he is not present. The Arizona Outlaws decided to go for him and let him play another season in the DSFL with the Portland Pythons. He was just the second offensive player taken. There he is having a stellar season for Portland. He is a the main weapon in the offense for Portland and is progressing in the aspect of total TPE. It won't take long and Joe will be promoted to the NSFL where I am sure that he will also perform at a good rate for Arizona.

[div align=\\\"center\\\"] Lesean Paris Crooks (The_Kidd)
Drafted by: Baltimore Hawks --- Team: London Royals --- Draft Pick #20 --- Position: CB
TPE at draft: 195 --- TPE now: 343 --- TPE earned since draft: 148
Season Stats: 47 Tck, 2 Int, 14 PD --- Bank: 24,662,845
[/div]
Lesean Paris Crooks was picked by the Baltimore Hawks with 195 TPE. He was the first cornerback to go off the board. In his second season in the DSFL he is not disappointing and is one of the best pass defenders in the league. His earning rate is top level and his bank account is well filled also. Overall a good investment in the future as of right now.

[div align=\\\"center\\\"] Bane Ka'ana'ana (ADwyer87)
Drafted by: Honolulu Hahalua --- Team: Tijuana Luchadores --- Draft Pick #21 --- Position: CB
TPE at draft: 236 --- TPE now: 350 --- TPE earned since draft: 114
Season Stats: 33 Tck, 1 FF, 5 PD --- Bank: 152,300,244
[/div]
After taking 19 picks without selecting a CB there were 2 CB selected in an row. Honolulu decided to go defense again and selected Bane Ka'ana'ana. He was an obvious pick for them as Dwyer is co-gm in Honolulu. He is earning at a good pace and has a well filled bank account. His Banes second year in the DSFL is decent, although the Luchadores are falling off quite a bit compared to the last season.

[div align=\\\"center\\\"] Kai Sakura (DarknessRising)
Drafted by: Yellowknife Wraiths --- Team: Minnesota Grey Ducks --- Draft Pick #22 --- Position: WR
TPE at draft: 239 --- TPE now: 387 --- TPE earned since draft: 148
Season Stats: 406 yards, 1 TD --- Bank: 49,146,542
[/div]
The second Wide receiver went at pick number 22 to the Yellowknife Wraiths. They chose Kai Sakura. He was among the TPE leaders in his draft class and is a active member. They chose to let him play another season in the DSFL where he should help the Minnesota Grey Ducks to compete for a title. This goal however will be hard to achieve this year as they are currently last in their division with although only 1 win behind a play off spot. With 148 TPE since he was drafted by the Wraiths and nearly 50 Mill in the bank there is a shiny future lying in front of him.

[div align=\\\"center\\\"] Carlos Wheezer (LGMForever)
Drafted by: Orange County Otters --- Team: Kansas City Coyotes --- Draft Pick #23 --- Position: DT
TPE at draft: 196 --- TPE now: 305 --- TPE earned since draft: 99
Season Stats: 21 Tck, 3 Sack --- Bank: 24,909,645
[/div]
The Otters chose to go for Carlos Wheezer in the second round. The Defensive Tackle for the Kansas City Coyotes is spending his second year in the DSFL and is having a good season with them. His team is leading the NFC North by 2 wins and is competing with Dallas for the no 1 seed in the DSFL. Unfortunately he is a bit slower in gaining TPE but his bank is well filled.

[div align=\\\"center\\\"] Adelie De Pengu (IsaStarcrossed)
Drafted by: New Orleans Second Line --- Team: Norfolk Seawolves --- Draft Pick #24 --- Position: LB
TPE at draft: 215 --- TPE now: 368 --- TPE earned since draft: 153
Season Stats: 83 Tck, 1 TFL, 1 Int, 3 PD --- Bank: 514,733,050
[/div]
With the last pick in the second round of the NSFL draft the New Orleans Second Line selected Adelie de Pengu. IsaStarcrossed is a well known member in the league. He is passionate for the simulation league and shows real effort. He is consistently earning on a top level and his unbelievable bank accoutn of over 500 mill is staggering. You really could sit back and rest with that much money on the side. But as i know him, that will not be an option. His second season with the Seawolves is running very well. His team is sitting on a play off spot and his individual stats are not bad either. He will be a sure future starter for New Orleans.

One correction, unless I missed something, Ray-Ray is a Cornerback and he plays for Minnesota who are stuck at the bottom of the division with us
