Ok, this was a tough one. There were several errors, by both the user and the updaters. A hint for a bit more structure and overview for the update itself, try to add the number of the AC and PT to it, and also please try to calculate your overall TPE yourself. There were two issues this update where the updater added the earned TPE + banked TPE to your total, which resulted in a pretty big difference of 40 TPE.
-1 - Update #90: Miscalculation, you only earned 16, but added 17
-10 - Update #98: Wrong logic - if you spent more TPE on a attribute than needed, you don't gain overall TPE, just banked TPE. So that's -10 TPE from your overall TPE
-2 - Update #100: Claimed PT1 for 5 TPE instead of 3
-6 - Update #105: Already banked 6 TPE was added to updated overall TPE
-21 - Update #107: Already banked 21 TPE was added to updated overall TPE
All those errors also affected the bank of course, which was at a totally wrong level. Your bank is at 46 TPE. Maybe try to keep track of your total TPE and banked TPE yourself in your updates too.

Your second AC and WT above must be claimed post-regression, not pre-regression.
That means pre-regression TPE is 1424. Loss is 284 and post-regression TPE is 1140.
Then with the AC + WT, new TPE is 1147.
