Media/Graphics Awards - Cody - 10-13-2020
I know content creators get paid but wouldn't it also be great to have an offseason award ceremony similar to ISFL/DSFL awards. A user could submit what they believe is an outstanding article or graphic for consideration to receive an award (either their own or someone else's). Their would be a diverse panel to narrow down the entries and either they would select the winner or there would be a small window to poll users.
Some examples of awards could be and are obviously open to suggestions:
Media
- Pre-Draft Article
- Post-Draft Article
- Season Preview
- Season Review
- Statistical Article
- Article Series
- Funniest/Oddball
- Best Writer
- Signatures
- Cards
- Banners
- Logo Design
- Meme
- Renders
- Best Artist

I like the idea of an offseason gfx/media award stream or ceremony, it would be a fun way of driving some more effort into submissions on both ends and rewarding those who go above and beyond in their work

We definitely used to have one back in the day, but it was run by one person only and became overwhelming quite quickly IIRC. I think it would be cool to do it with nominations or to have it done by the respective grading teams, since they have to see all of the articles/gfx anyways.
