*The First Rounder - Drip - 11-12-2020
This is an open letter to GMs and HCs. I hope that the season has been one which has brought hope for the future. I believe the future is bright as well, especially because I am ready to make an impact in the league. My name is Drip Dad, and I am the pass catching back of the future. I spent my college career playing for Golden West College, a small JuCo in Southern California. While there, I broke the school record for most receiving yards by a running back twice. Growing up, I played more special teams than anything. As I got older and put on more muscle though, my parents sent me to California to attend running back camps. I fell in love with the position immediately. My choice to play in the ISFL was tough, I could've gone to a division one school and gotten my degree like my family wanted. I wanted more. The DSFL and the ISFL represent hope and promise. I hope to represent hope and promise for the teams in it as well. First rounders always have a lot of pressure put on their shoulders. They are expected to be a game changer immediately. A first round pick has to be dedicated to improvement, unrelenting in their work ethic, and positive about the future. I am dedicated to improving. I have a work ethic matched only by an ox, who spends all day plowing the fields. I can see my future, and I know that it is bright in and out of this league.
