The Buccaneers Pull Up Anchor and Find a New Port - Thor - 11-15-2020
Good morning, good afternoon, good evening or g'day.
The Buccaneers have had a successful and storied 8 seasons in Myrtle Beach, however through many long discussions during and after ISFL expansion we decided that it was time for the pirate ship to move on and set sail for a new port.
After a full season of sailing, the crow's nest spotted land and the Buccaneers pulled up and dropped anchor in a new, far away location. With not a team in sight, and none to be aware of for thousands of miles - the Buccaneers are free to claim this land as their own and pillage and plunder the way they do best.
We would like to officially announce that the Myrtle Beach Buccaneers will henceforth be known from their new location as the Bondi Beach Buccaneers.
Along with this new location, we decided it was time to put our old logo to rest and upgrade it to move forward into the future. Our current logo is a big part of our history and we didn't want to stray too far from that with all of the other changes being made, so our hope was to improve on something we already felt was pretty good.

(Yes very surprising the two Australian GMs moved a team to Australia. We felt that after the previous expansion when no Australian team was chosen that we were in a unique position to be able to make that happen, increasing the international side of the ISFL community and allowing for more people to be able to relate and recognise a place closer to home.)
I look forward to continuing to lead this team into its new era with the fantastic help and leadership of NTG, the rest of our War Room and the team/alumni who help us out on a daily basis.
