The player has incorrectly claimed mock draft twice in his first update. This means that his total TPE should be at 152 and not 159 like it says in the update. In order to rectify this mistake intelligence should be dropped by 1 to 72 instead of 73. This will allow for the correct TPE listed below. The player used an incorrect link for PT #5 but I found it.
