Happy New Season, Citizens!
We hope that the offseason treated you well and that you’re as excited to get started as we are! With the sim switch done and everything in place, we’re ready to get back to some dot football! We’ll keep things brief for y’all.
New Rulebook
As mentioned previously, HO has been working on a revamp of the rulebook. It is currently under GM review, and will be going live for the public this Friday! We invite you to take a look at that when it launches to refresh your memory on some existing rules and check out what’s been added for transparency and clarity.
HO Hires
We’re happy to announce the hiring of our ISFL HO interns! We’re welcoming aboard Swanty and Darkness Rising. We’re excited to put them to work in bettering the league. Thanks to all who applied!
We’d like to once again thank r0tzbua and Colabear for their service to HO as they have now officially departed from our office.
Around the League
Casino- As announced, the stock market has been closed. While we had decided to pay out what was originally paid in, after community feedback and conversations with casino staff, we paid out stocks at current value instead. Thank you to everyone who reached out to provide perspective on this matter.
Expansion- HO has brought on a few respected members of the community to serve as our Expansion Advisory Committee. Thank you iamslm22, infinitempg and BigRed1580 for your willingness to serve in this capacity and for the work you will put in in the seasons to come! They will be working with HO members Bex, Jpach, Mooty99, and SDCore. Our favourite dino, iStegosauruz, is sitting this one out due to his intention to apply on the next round of expansion. The committee serves to provide feedback on and recommendations for HO action regarding ISFL expansion, and to aid in bid selection when the time comes.
