Stepping down for good - Buttersqauch101 - 02-03-2021
As of immediately I’ll be stepping down from the Baltimore gm spot. Thank you to @Huskies311 for hiring me in the first place and the cats for helping me have the opportunity. Thank you to all the people who wanted me and Baltimore to fail so you’d get a moment like this.

So sorry it had to end this way, Butters. People can say whatever they want, but you did a damn good job with Baltimore and have set us up for so much future success with all the amazing people we have on the team. Hope we can make you proud.

This is painful. People are going to be all over the map with whether they think this was the right decision or not, but let's all just remember what we've gone over so many times in this league: there's a person behind the user. Let's choose to be kind and then collectively move in the right direction for the league. Best of luck Butters.

You've been an amazing GM and great to work with. People are going to say some shit with the narrative they have in their mind, but they don't know everything that was going on or things that happened. It was not going to be easy trying to turn things around in Baltimore regardless of who was there and we did our best together. Ignore the naysayers and focus on the fact that you put hard work into this job to try your damn hardest to get things going.

I don't know enough about this whole process to know if the right thing was done here or not, but I wish you luck Butters. Things don't always play out the way you want them to, but I hope you keep your head up man.
