Baltimore Leadership Change - bex - 02-03-2021

As you may have seen, Buttersqauch101 has stepped down as Baltimore GM. This follows the recent step down of Starboy as well.

With these departures in mind, Head Office has agreed to promote CLG Rampage and tomasnz to serve as interim GMs in Baltimore until suitable replacements can be found. Head Office will be leading the search to find a new permanent option for Baltimore. While we have preference for that permanent option to be a league veteran to help guide the team, we encourage all interested applicants to apply regardless of tenure in the league.

If you are currently on a team, please talk to your GMs before approaching any Head Office member about the Baltimore opening.

And to think I was 2nd in line for this job. Smile

So Baltimore doesn't really have a say in their future?
Cool cool.

EDIT: I'm just saying that there is precedence for the team to have a say in who is their next GM. I didn't have a 72-hour panic attack and get shit thrown at me in front of the entire league for players to not have rights.

How do I milk this for media money?

HO nailed the hiring when Philly went through this so I trust they'll find a good GM duo

Yea, Pat and Cody have been great, hopefully they find someone nice to take over

Doesn't really matter what precedent is. This is a relatively young league where a lot of dumb shit has been done in the past and to continue to do dumb shit because that dumb shit is precedent would be stupid.

And btw the post literally said that they want somebody from within the team. I think it's best to not assume something and simply @bex to ask if the team will get a say rather than assuming otherwise. It's not as if this HO has not been amicable in the past.
