For twenty six seasons, the Ultimus has been played with one team being a true home team and the other being a road team. Home field advantage is very real and that's just not acceptable anymore. I'd we want to claim that a team is a true world champion, then we need a true neutral, worldly location to play such a game.

What better place to hold such an event then the
City of Peace and Justice for the world - The Hague in the Netherlands? We can have a field added right on the grounds of the world court, and have representatives from all over the world watch in awe as the best of the best of the International Simulation Football League duke it out for title of World Champion. We could even have judges from the World Court act as referees. It would be perfect!

If that is not allowed, then I would probably just have my team, the Philadelphia Liberty, decorate their stadium in a way to pay homage to the great Liberty players of past and present.

Well, after that dud of a Super Bowl, it has got me thinking about where, if given the chance, to host the Ultimini and the Ultimus championships. Assuming there is no pandemic and if people are more chill, I would like both championships to be held in the Hard Rock Casino Stadium (the home of the Miami Dolphins). If NOLA was able to return to the Ultimus, we would deck the "home" side of the field with New Orleans style arrangements and decor, especially with our purple aesthetic in order to liven up and make the Ultimus more fun and homely. In addition for the Ultimus, no Ultimus is complete without a half time show! In my opinion, I think the half time show should be more "original" / less contrived; as in, I think that instead of a rehashed boring show from a pop group, I think that the halftime show should be done through a marching band. I know I'm biased cause I was in marching band, but I think it would be more fun and help to connect the audience more to the event and make it less boring and lame compared to the past few years of shows.
