League Job "Employee of the Season" Bonus - Mojojojo - 02-11-2021
At the end of each season, it might be nice to have each department head recognize their "employee of the season" with a small bonus. The employee of the season would be someone who went above and beyond the basic duties of the job to help make the league function well. The names of the nominees could also maybe be announced on the awards stream or in a short forum post.
