I think that any reality TV show producer would love to follow Mai Fukushuu for a day. I mean, her whole deal is just how completely enigmatic she is. No one still knows where exactly she came from and there’s even theories about her being a literal spirit. I think that if a producer approached her, Mai would instantly ignore them. She’s not interested in being watched, she’s simply interested in doing the very best on the field. Even if they could somehow get permission to only film her while she is at the Hawks’ training facility, Mai would probably intentionally throw the camera operators off. She’d use lesser traveled back-doors, hide in piles of towels, and just generally do everything she could to avoid the cameras. In the end, all the cameras would be able to catch would be her during practice, but even then she wouldn’t be mic’d up. Not that she’d be saying anything, as she’s known to be unnervingly silent at all times. There are, of course, rumors that she sacrifices small animals to shrines she has hidden in the wooden area nearby; but there’s still no facts to prove any of what people have said about her. And no producer is going to be able to get her to answer any of the questions about her.

A program producer at a local Colorado broadcasting station thought that it would be a good idea to air a brand new cooking show featuring the local favorite Colorado Yeti. For the first host, the producer chose Yeti offensive captain and long time superstar William Lim. The argument behind his selection was that getting Lim on the TV will spur some attention from the potential viewers, and that Korean food was gaining popularity in the region.
There was a big flaw to this plan, though. William Lim was not a good cook. In fact, he could barely cook. So when he stepped into the cooking studio, William barely had any idea of what he was doing.

The day's menu was bulgogi, a relatively simple and tasty Korean dish. However, things started to go sideways when William took over. First he wanted to add a ridiculous amount of garlic into the dish, stating that 'that's how we do in Korea'. And then, he volunteered to show the viewers how to mince the garlic. And that's when the real problem started. Soon enough, the studio was full of garlic pieces as William struggled to crush them with the back of his kitchen knife.

After the disastrous broadcast, the producer went to see the station director with a letter of resignation, and received a very surprising news. The director wanted the program continued, as the people found William's struggles hilarious. So the creator ended up keeping his job, and William ended up being a regular guest for the program now dubbed "how not to cook with William Lim" (265)

RE: (S27) PT4 - Superstar - Crunk - 02-22-2021

Crunk didn’t recognise the number.

“Hello there, we would normally contact your agent, but Mr. Nusk got your number directly from Jay Cue at a party last weekend...”

Mr Nusk? Elom Nusk, the eccentric multi-billionaire famous for electric cars, tweeting too much while high and firing shit into space for no real reason. Of course he would be partying with Jay Cue. Even Tayshawn Crunk knew who Nusk was, so he listened to the pitch.

Ugh. Something about computers. Crunk didn’t know much about internet security or antivirus software, but he was assured it was a pretty big deal. It was slowly explained that Nusk’s company had developed something that would make cyber crime a thing of the past, like having an unbreakable computer lock that no hacker or virus could ever break.

Every device in the world seemed ambitious as a sales target - but Nusk was probably insane enough to do it, and as they were calling it Lockdown, they wanted a cornerback as the face of the advertising campaign in North America, the largest part of which would be playing the lead role in a feature length movie. Crunk didn’t fully understand product placement, but he smelled a large stack of dollar bills, how could he possibly refuse an endorsement job of this size? He’d always wanted to be in a Hollywood movie, like his favourite actor, Steven Seagal.

“...that’s wonderful, we look forward to working with you. Can you give me the number of your agent please, Mr. Scarlett?”

Crunk hung up. Damn Cue.

ESPN have just approached Demon Jaxson with a bumper contract to have him film his own sports documentary, bringing cameras around where ever he went with his team, whether it be the locker room, the training ground or even be it called into the coaches office. Now Jaxson is not usually one to go behind his team mates back but his bank account was actually looking a lot emptier than usual as his gambling problem was getting serious, and the fifteen million dollars that ESPN were offering almost came to him like an offer he could not refuse, and refuse it he did not. This was Jaxsons first season so he too had no idea what he was getting himself into either. Its been a great season for the Sailfish so far, so the only training ground footage he got was positive, seeing the team go at it in training ground face offs that were more entertaining than half of the games in the league to date. Interestingly however, after any game they lost the Sailfish seemed to have a ritual when they got back to the locker room. They would chant "fire frolf, fire frolf" over and over until GM frostbite began crying. In terms of visits to the managements office the only time he got called in was by Frostbite to get some advice on what betting lines he should take. Maybe he'll get more interesting footage later on in the season, but he himself is hoping the tean stays winning and he doesnt have to.

With his time in Berlin and then changing his name from Karmichael Hunt to Achtfunf, number 85 had become some what of a cult figure in Germany so who better to build a show around than a wide receiver from the Berlin Fire Salamanders?

The idea was fairly simple, the show would be looking to unearth a talent or two and send them to the International Simulation Football League draft. Achtfunf was to host a game show of sorts where originally they started with 30 players looking to make it as the next wide receiver in the ISFL. Every week there would be a competition or game between the contestants and the last 2 would drop out of the game. When they got all the way down to the final two players in the show those two would be given half a year of coaching with some of the best available and then signed up for the S29 DSFL draft.

After that it was up to the two athletes to see where they would be drafted and how they would fare in the ISFL. Could one of them make it into the first round? Could they play out a full career or would they be finished after their first one season contract?

Tune in to "The WRookies" to fine out!

Ever since Ugarth took the league by storm several seasons ago, the various production companies in Hollywood have been bidding one another up trying to secure the rights to his story. An actual Orc, from another realm? Forget that he had one of the single greatest rookie seasons of all time, Ugarth used to climb mountains on wolfback and fight other tribes of Orcs. He's lived a cooler, harder life than anybody, and it doesn't even occur to him that it's weird. Ugarth has wielded actual magical weapons. I mean, come on? If that doesn't spell fantasy epic, I don't know what does. The hard part is going to be making his (literally) fantastic story believable, while keeping it true to his real life.

You'll probably have to break Ugarth's life down into a few movies. His rise to power from a humble childhood to becoming a leader in his tribe could be the first movie. Then for the second film, all of his various quests along the Sword Mountains, leading his companions and tribe as he collected powerful artifacts, battling various beasts of legend and other tribes along the way. Third could be when he finally broke off on his own and joined the adventurer's league to complete some of the more exotic treasure hunts. And finally, the fourth and final film, with Ugarth's quest complete and a powerful artifact in his hand, he summons a djinn and wishes to become famous and be feared all over "a world" and is transported to the ISFL combine.
