What's the worst scouting interview you had both as a player and as a GM/scout?
When you were rebuilding Portland what were you looking for in players? Would this have been different if Portland was a dynasty?

your favorite sleeper prospect that was successful in the past drafts, biggest bust (person you were highest on that failed to live up to expectations)
What qualities are most important in a prospect ie ( TPE earning, Locker room presence, scouting answers, Position of need)

In your opinion, what are some common mistakes that teams make when scouting prospects?
What are some ways teams can improve their scouting methods?
I'm a believer that scouting experiences impact a player's views on a team and can be a key factor in their decisions if they choose to become a free agent in their career. Do you feel that being a team that excels in scouting is important for their success in the long run? Do you believe that a team's scouting ability can affect their chances of landing free agents?
