Well everyone, it's time for me to announce the winner.
First and foremost, I'd like to thank everyone who participated. Tmosura, Faded and Cheech, I know that only one of you can win but I'd love to see you guys submit a proposal again next season.
I would also like to thank all of you guys for voting! We managed to get an incredible eighty-one votes over a short, three day period and that just blows my mind. It truly made my week to see you guys respond so positively to this. Anyway, I've rambled enough, let's announce the city that will be hosting Ultimus XXVIII.

Your article and logo caught more than a few eyes. In particular, I loved your reverence for the symbols of the city, the colours popped incredibly well, and the little details really popped.
We're looking forward to working with you on tweaking it and getting everything ready for the next Ultimus!
