*Human Offensive Lineman - Season + Career Records [S27 Update] - NicholasTheGreat - 04-01-2021
Welcome Offensive lineman and readers of Media. This is the Season 27 Update for the Offensive Lineman Human Stats & Career records. This article is required because our Sim doesn’t recognise the difference between human offensive lineman and bots, as a result the statistics and records sheet in our index include bots and we can’t be having that.
I’ve gone through each index to collate these records and update them each season.
One final special note for this Season 27 is that I will be splitting the records between old sim [Seasons 1-26], new sim [Season 27 onwards] and a combined list.

- Slurms McKenzie is a new member in the all-time list and is now the 2nd player outside of the first 3 seasons to feature in this list. The other is Dorfus Jimbo jr’s 12 sack allowed season which he racked up in Season 23.
- Due to it being easier to write up, the expanded modern sim list now runs down all the way to 1 sack allowed. This is expected to change rapidly as the new sim goes into further seasons and there are more sacks allowed in the future.

- The new sim dominates the combined records with 8 players breaking the previous record set in the old sim.
- 10 of the best 25 pancake seasons came from Season 27 with the new sim
- Tim Pest is the only season to appear in the list that occurs before Season 23 with his tremendous effort in Season 4.
- The new sim chart will more then likely take over the joint list in the future due to the greater amount of pancakes.

- The new sim seems to lead to more sacks allowed so there is a greater chance of current players going up in the combined sims leaderboard, especially as the longevity for offensive lineman increases compared to older generations
- The new sim board should change rapidly as there are more and more seasons ran on the new sim. The 1 sack allowed seasons or the 2 sack allowed seasons shouldn’t last very long

I'm curious, as someone who's played an Offensive Lineman for a good period of time in the league, what's your personal take on the OL stats in the new sim? I'm guessing it's weird to see pancake numbers be so high, but to me it's good for OL players to get more volume numbers.

I'm not too phased either way with it, it does seem to show the spread between good and bad mroe then the old sim

Man I am glad to see the younger golden generation of Oline start to get more pancakes. Kinda shocked I am still joint 5th considering more fixtures but only a matter of time.
