Perks and Auction Rules - DarknessRising - 04-11-2021
All auctions close at 11:59 PM EST on the 3rd of May, unless stated otherwise.
1. 1. All of the money that you bid or buy perks with is real money that you will be expected to donate to the charity, should you win the auction or purchase a perk.
2. Each bid starts at $1.00, and each subsequent bid must be at least an increase of $1 from the previous bid to count and only in whole dollars (No $25.10, $25.50, etc.). Bids should be posted in the appropriate thread.
3. Anti-Sniping Rule. If a bid is made within the last 12 hours of auction (From 11:59AM EST on the 3rd of May), a 12 hour timer from the time of the last bid, will be in place to prevent sniping. If another bid is made, the 12 hour timer is reset. This rule applies to ALL auctions.
4. If any auction is still ongoing at 11:59pm on the 10th of May, the 12 hour timer between bids/closing will be reduced to 8 hours
4. 4. If you win an auction or get a perk, please confirm your donation in THIS THREAD. Make sure to link to the post where you won/claimed an item. Note that we can confirm if you donated or not, so do not lie! You will have 24 hours to post a screenshot of your donation or you will forfeit your claim to the item and the opportunity for the item goes to the next highest bidder.
ALWAYS REMEMBER THAT THIS IS REALMONEY THAT YOU ARE BIDDING AND SPENDING. IT CAN BE VERY EASY TO BID ON A FEW AUCTIONS AND NOT REALISE JUST HOW MUCH YOU ARE SPENDING. BE RESPONSIBLE WITH YOUR BIDS AND PUT YOURSELF FIRST, IF YOU CAN’T AFFORD TO BID/BUY IN THIS CHARITY DRIVE, THEN DON’T
