(S28) PT 4 - Back to School
Complete the weekly Point Task to earn 3 TPE! All written responses must be at least 200 words. Graphic responses must show more effort than a text box on an unedited image.
Do not claim this TPE until it has been graded and posted to the S28 claim thread. This task is due next Sunday, April 25, at 11:59 ET. Have fun and get writing!
Written option - You have been contacted by your old high school, who have just had their head coach resign. They have asked you to come back and coach a game for their football team, while they look for a new coach. What ends up happening during the game? How are you able to inspire the players? Do you end up taking a permanent job at the school?
Graphic option - Create a graphic showing your player at a high school coaching a team. Whether its giving them a pre game speech, leading them through drills, or just in general helping them out.
Affiliate claims from SHL, PBE, and GOMHL are accepted; link directly to your post and add a note if your username is different there. PBE CW is not allowed as it ended yesterday, which makes it not eligible for this week.

Cue Jr. left high school not so long ago, so at first he gets a bit surprised that the head coach resigned. He was doing wonders coaching those kids, getting them in shape not only in the field, but also in life, so something really strange must have happened for him to leave the team and the school like that. But, as their highest profile alumn ever, Cue Jr. steps up to the challenge and decides to be the interim coach for a few weeks, until the school can interview and select a new one for the future.
Being this a small school with not a lot of players, he can't just come in and change everything from the start, so he just tries to build on what is already implemented for years. Grades come first, so whoever misses class, or does not complete the syllabus instructed by their teachers, gets immediately on probation and dropped from the team. As great as an ISFL contract can be to secure your family future, only a very small percentage of players get there, so you need to stay in school so that you have a backup plan. That is where your focus should be.
Oh, and yeah, have fun on the field playing with your mates. You have plenty of time to worry about wins.

Tsuyu Asui being contacted by her old hero school UA was definitely unusual for her. The fact that they want her to coach an international football game against a rival South Korean school was even more so. It turns out the coach that was supposed to do it got injured and couldn't do it, so Tsuyu eventually agreed to help out with it. She took a quick plane ride to Japan and took over as head coach for the one game. The player knew who she was and what her career is so that is even better for them.
Tsuyu learned how to coach rather quickly and eventually she was able to rally the team into a great unit. The game itself was a celebration of various heroes and thier Quirks. Tsuyu quickly got really excited about the game and it's potential. Through her enthusiasm the team was able to blow out the South Korean team 49-17 and actually beat them for the first time since the annual game started a few years back. She was offered a full time coaching spot for every year but ultimately declined as she had a lot of responsibilities back in America. Still she definitely enjoyed her time doing it for them.
